In June, EVP was pleased to introduce the Old Fayetteville Hospital to US Paranormal's Starr Lyles and Lisa Taaffe. It's always interesting to hunt with another team to share ideas and investigation techniques, and both teams learned a few things. EVP thanks US Paranormal for visiting the area.
Next we were asked to investigate a house in a rural part of the county that was being plagued with strange and scary disturbances in which all family members had been affected. Cyn & Chrissy were able to perform a thorough smudging ritual inside the home in which the family participated. Recently, we checked in with them about the progress and they reported there have been no further incidences.
In August, a few local businesses participated in an event called "Spirits With the Spirits" where the ticketholders were treated to wine, hors d'oeurvres and ghost stories. Valerie, the owner of Young's Vintage & Antiques in Fayetteville, asked EVP Founder, Cyn, to be the storyteller for the night. EVP had investigated the site a couple of years ago and it was indeed active. The evening was a blast and the antique store was a favorite stop for the ticketholders.
Walt scheduled a major investigation near the TN/GA line and brought a diverse group of people together to problem-solve the issues of the property: Psychic Medium Mark Fults, MCPI Founder Dewayne Patterson, Spectral Forces investigators Erich Menke and Misty Denise, as well as EVP's Core Team Sean & Cyn. Before the night was over, Walt photographed a spirit in the hallway and Sean captured a strange shadow on video during Dewayne's SCD2 session. It was a very strange evening. Mark closed the investigation with a very specialized ritual of white sage, blessed water and quartz chrystal.
In late September, Sean was asked to help with an overnight investigation at a special destination in northern AL with our friend Keith Ramsey (Syfy Deep South Paranormal), Psychic Tracy Ray and Daniel Mason (Hank 3).
